Polyethylene (PE) spiral wound structured wall type B pipe, commonly known as Krah pipe, is a new type of structural wall pipe made from high-density polyethylene using a hot-processing technique. The weld seam of the flat strip is covered by a supporting pipe, improving the quality of the weld seam and the overall compressive strength of the product. The connection uses electrofusion welding, with pre-treated electrofusion welding wire, making the pipe connection convenient and reliable, especially for large-diameter pipe systems. It has advantages such as good connection sealing, strong anti-settlement ability, and long service life, and has been recognized by my country’s Ministry of Municipal Construction as a key green and environmentally friendly pipe product for promotion. Haojia Krah pipe is corrosion-resistant, anti-aging, flexible, and highly adaptable to engineering projects, making it a high-quality pipe material for drainage and sewage projects.
Product Advantages:
◆ High Impact Resistance and Low-Temperature Brittleness Resistance: It exhibits excellent low-temperature resistance, with a brittleness temperature of -60℃, demonstrating good impact resistance. Generally, no special protective measures are required during construction under low-temperature conditions (above -20℃), facilitating winter construction.
◆ Strong Corrosion Resistance and Durability: High-density polyethylene has extremely strong resistance to chemical corrosion and erosion, requiring no anti-corrosion treatment and boasting a service life of over 50 years.
◆ Good Installation and Sealing Connection: Utilizing the same material socket electrofusion connection technology, the connection quality is high, with excellent sealing to prevent leakage, ensuring the consistency of the pipeline system’s lifespan and operational safety.
◆ Tough and Wear-Resistant, Easy Construction: The pipe material is highly flexible, possessing rigidity, overall resistance to external pressure, and excellent wear resistance. During construction, no concrete bedding or concrete pipe foundation trench is required; the pipe can be laid directly after passing inspection, simplifying the construction process and shortening the construction period.
