Pe Steel Strip Spiral Pipe

Polyethylene (PE) steel-reinforced spiral pipe is a spiral corrugated pipe made of high-strength polyethylene as the outer matrix material and a steel strip corrugated body coated with high-performance adhesive resin and bent into shape as the main supporting structure. It is manufactured on a production line through winding and extrusion to form a complete structure. This product combines the high rigidity and strength of steel with the excellent properties of plastic, such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and flexibility. It not only enables the pipe to achieve ring stiffness levels of SN8, SN10, SN12.5, and SN16, but also solves the corrosion resistance problem of steel, overcoming the weakness of large-diameter all-plastic buried drainage pipes, which generally only reach SN8 ring stiffness. The pipeline system uses methods such as hot-melt welding, heat-shrink tubing (tape), and electrofusion tape for connection, adapting to various engineering and working conditions. It effectively meets the requirements of reliable sealing and convenient connection, and has broad application prospects, making it an ideal product to replace traditional large-diameter drainage pipes.

Pipe Structure:
The composite of each layer is carried out in the plastic molten state, which is completely different from the secondary melting and molding of spiral wound pipe (hollow wall pipe). Therefore, the layers are completely bonded together and the strength is very high.

◆ Strong Acid and Alkali Resistance and Good Aging Resistance: Made of corrosion-resistant PE material, it is not corroded by pollution, wastewater, or chemicals, nor by decaying matter in the soil; it has excellent aging resistance and can be used effectively for more than 50 years at 20℃.

◆ High Impact Resistance and Strong Transport Capacity: The pipe wall is impact-resistant and pressure-resistant, and will not crack even under foundation settlement. It also has strong resilience after deformation and good adaptability to different foundations; the smooth interior allows for fast drainage.

◆ High Cold Resistance and Labor-Saving Construction: The pipe will not freeze, crack, or leak at -60℃; it is lightweight, easy to connect, and requires less excavation work, significantly saving construction time and costs.
