The pipes are then extruded using a plastic extruder and injection molded using an injection molding machine. The process includes cooling, curing, shaping, inspection, and packaging to complete the production of pipes and fittings.

During transportation, PVC-U Solid Wall Drain Pipe must be protected from heavy impact, throwing, or pressure damage. Storage surfaces must be flat, stacking height must not exceed 1.5m, and pipes should be stored at least 1m away from heat sources. Outdoor storage requires full covering to avoid direct sunlight exposure.
